What’s new

  • We’re eliminating every possible excuse for not documenting in your CRM! Summarized calls can now automatically be logged to a contact in your CRM.

    This feature, which requires Insights, works for both direct calls and answer group calls and is, of course, configurable.

  • For users with Conversation Intelligence, we now also send the call summary via a custom webhook and the call recording webhook.

  • The fact that the unisex fragrance won the title of this year’s Christmas gift over our customizable ringtone is something we find hard to accept. Since we worked so hard!

    But not in vain – you can now choose from eight ringtones, internally described as “artisanally hand-crafted.”

  • Even though we, of course, feel sad when you delete a user, we’ve made it easier for you. Find a user, click “Delete,” confirm or schedule the deletion – and voilà, you’re done. Now you no longer need to, as before, manually remove numbers, etc

  • With this setting, your Google Calendar can control the app’s activity status. No more manually setting meetings in the app when they’re already scheduled in your calendar.

  • If syncing in one direction wasn’t enough, we’ve now added line state sync in both directions. If you’re on a call in the app, you’ll now automatically appear as busy in Teams.

Fixes & changes

    • Fixed so that the text input field automatically focuses after navigating via the quick navigator.
    • Fixed an issue where uploaded images didn’t always display a preview.
    • Replaced emoji font to ensure compatibility with Chrome 131+.
    • New syncable fields: avatar, streetAddress, state, city, postalCode, department.
    • Simplified notification settings.
    • The summary generation tool has been updated and replaced with a new version, previously available as an experimental feature. Now includes improved information lookup for call participants and better recognition of who said what during the call.
    • Possible to send calls in stereo format.
  • In the Wallboard type "Users," you can now include external calls in the call statistics. You have three options to choose from:
    • Internal calls only.
    • External calls only.
    • All calls.
    • Removed the user’s Supervisor role from all answer groups upon downgrading to a Mobile license.
    • Fixed avatars with initials (when the user doesn’t have a profile picture) in notifications on the desktop app.
